Returns
Every piece of jewelry we make is handmade and therefore each piece has its own unique character and distinction we know you will enjoy.
If there is an issue with your jewelry upon receiving it please contact us and we will work with you to resolve all issues. We always want to have top notch customer service. We know this is what builds a great base of returning customers.
As with all jewelry and small items, keep out of reach of children.
We strive to use quality materials to create each piece of jewelry. Each customer knows their body best, please wear at your own risk. We are not responsible for allergies or any other bodily harm. Thank you!
Each stone is one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated.
We want all of our customers to be satisfied and therefore we offer 10 days from the day of delivery to return unused items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us via email at silverelevations@gmail.com to get an authorization for return.
If a refund is required, it will be given via the payment method or card received.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please return with the original inside packaging to ensure pieces are not damaged during return shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unless otherwise notified, customer has 10 days from purchase to contact us to receive a refund. Beyond this time frame all sales are final.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
